What is RosmiRun?

It is an initiative to create a running training group that I have decided to launch after 10 not easy years, living with illnesses and challenging them with sport, in my case running, introducing it into my way of life

Do we know?

Why RosmiRun?

Exercising is a very good habit for both the body and the mind.
I believe, therefore, that sport and cancer can be very good friends.

What benefits do we get?

We improve quality and life expectancy, and it's a great reward: we increase vitality, reduce fatigue and anxiety, possibly sleep better, it helps us to not lose or at least preserve muscle mass by strengthening it, fosters social relationships, and other technical aspects that I left out.

Experts indicate that it is proven that if exercise is done in a health-oriented and regular manner, it improves the quality of life and reduces the risk of developing cancer.

The secret is to create the habit, and thus, it becomes a positive feedback loop as we feel much better.

And finally, from my own experience!!! There is no better reason why.

TAKE A BREATH, HERE WE GO!

I restarted the running adventure (having run years ago) as a way to face cancer for the first time, and that's why I made it my purpose to integrate sports into my routine as a therapeutic improvement for both body and mind.

Incredibly, I started gaining fitness and strength as I ran, to the point where it made me feel "HEALTHY," and that was the lever that triggered and confirmed the need to combine physical and mental effort, with an unbeatable result for me.

Training groups.

Thanks to the help of training groups in a very pleasant social environment, I discovered running under optimal conditions that have fueled my motivation ever since.

I have been able to gain experience alongside well-prepared people who have encouraged, motivated, and accompanied me in my efforts.

I offer what I use to move forward.

How?

One day a week outdoors with adaptations to individual abilities. It is presented as a group work but at the same time personal, for self-improvement.

Requirements

· Medical certificate confirming the practice of sports.
· Activity designed to be carried out post-treatment.
· Signature of the liability waiver document.

Schedules

From Monday to Wednesday, from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and schedules to be arranged. The location and day will be defined based on the needs, but it is an outdoor activity.

What do I need to do to sign up?

To sign up for the groups, you only need to fill out the liability form and send us an email with this form and your details to the following email address: hola@rosmirun.com
